Reglement Ladebua

Ladebua is a family venue, stag parties, after-parties, or noise in the evenings are not allowed.

The cabin is a place for relaxation and recreation where you should feel recharged after a stay. Here, mostly only the Cardamom Act applies, but we have some simple rules that you must adhere to when staying here.

As there can often be families with young children on the floor above/below with children who go to bed at 7:00 PM, it is not a good idea to have a party on one of the other floors. Ladebua is a brand new and well-equipped cabin, which we want to be well taken care of, Ladebua is not a "party cabin".

Basically, we do not want there to be animals inside the cabin, this must be agreed upon separately. The cabin is intended for people with allergies to dogs and cats, so it is very important that cleaning is carried out properly after the end of the stay. Any damage caused by animals and cleaning of beds, blankets, pillows, sofas, etc. quickly becomes very expensive. If you take responsibility for covering any damage and extra cleaning, as well as ensuring proper cleaning, you must contact us before booking. In any case, animals should not be in beds or furniture.

Tenants can choose whether to do the laundry themselves or hire a laundry service. If you want to hire a laundry service, we must be notified in good time. The laundry service charges NOK 2,700 for the 1st floor and NOK 3,150 for the 2nd/3rd floor. If you do the laundry yourself, you must be out by 2:30 PM (New tenants can check in at 3:00 PM). If you hire a laundry service, check-out is at 11:00 AM. It is important that the laundry is done properly according to the laundry list to avoid additional billing.

The checklist must be reviewed and a confirmation that everything has been completed must be sent to us before you leave Ladebua.

  1. The dishes are done and kitchen utensils are placed back in drawers and cabinets (it's okay to leave a running dishwasher).

  2. All trash has been taken out and thrown into a container located 100 meters up the main street. That is, down the road and 100 meters up towards the hotel. Click here for video.

  3. The refrigerator is emptied of food that has no shelf life (do not turn it off).

  4. It is stocked with consumables, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent for the kitchen and dishwasher.

  5. All lights are off.

  6. All floors are vacuumed and washed with green soap.

  7. Bathroom (toilet, sink, mirror, bathtub and shower walls are washed).

  8. The refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen sink and counters have been washed.

  9. The extractor fan has been washed (filter can be washed in the dishwasher).

  10. The kitchen fronts are washed off.

  11. The wall above the oven and sink has been washed.

  12. Door to sauna (first floor has been washed).

  13. All doors and door handles have been washed.

  14. Windows are free of finger/grease marks.

  15. All table tops have been washed.

  16. Beds are made - and new linens are put on.

  17. Rented bedding has been taken off and thrown away

  18. Towels are washed (washing machine and dryer on site).

  19. Empty bottles are thrown away/returned.

  20. Remote controls are in place.

  21. The coffee machine has been emptied and the beans have been refilled.

  22. The cabin is locked and the outdoor area is cleared.
