About Ladebua

Here you will find practical information about your stay at the Ladebua cabin.

Ladebua is a cabin for relaxation and comfort with activities and fun nearby. The cabin is suitable for individuals, couples, families and groups of up to 24 people.

Cottage comfort with high standards in Hemavan

The cabin Ladebua is located in fantastic surroundings in Hemavan.

Selv om Ladebua er en av de aller største hyttene i Hemavan er den intim og koselig. Her kan man lade "seg" opp i alle årstider. Hytten har 10 parkeringsplasser med elbiladere og ski in/out. Her er 8 soverom, hems med stue og 6 sengeplasser, 2 store bad med stort badekar og dusj på 120x120, 4 stk WC, badstue og 2 store kjøkken med alt du trenger av utstyr.

 

Om det skulle være dårlig vær eller man bare ønsker å slappe av i hytten har man det meste man kunne ønske seg. Her har du tilgang til badstue, spa, kabel-TV, fiber internett, kaffetrakter, en 65" og to 55" TV med Appel-TV og kabel-TV, stereo og alt annet du trenger. Her er også 3 stk. hurtige EV-ladere på parkeringsplassen utenfor.

 

Skistreet ligger rett utenfor døren, og det er gangavstand til både restauranter og butikker.

 

Hytten leies ikke ut til utdrikningslag og andre party, les mer i reglementene for Ladebua.

The first floor has its own entrance with its own staircase outside and its own lockable outdoor storage room for skis.

2nd and 3rd floors

The unit has its own entrance from the parking lot. There is also the possibility to lock up skis and other equipment.

When renting the entire Ladebua, the doors that close off the stairs between the first and second floors are opened.

Regulations for Ladebua

Ladebua is a place for relaxation and recreation, where mostly only the Cardamom Act applies.

Ladebua is a family place, stag parties, after-parties, or noise in the evenings are not allowed. There may be families with young children on the floor above/below with children who go to bed at 7:00 PM, and then it is not appropriate to have a party on one of the other floors. Ladebua is a brand new and well-equipped cabin, which we want to be well taken care of, Ladebua is not a "party cabin".

Basically, we do not want animals to be in the cabin, this must be agreed upon separately.
